General Conduct
- Students must show respect and courtesy to all — teachers, staff, and classmates alike.
- Politeness, discipline, and refinement of manners should mark every Josephite’s behaviour.
- Silence must be observed during class hours, transitions, and assemblies.
- Students are expected to uphold the reputation of the school both in and outside the campus.
Attendance & Punctuality
- Every student must attend the morning assembly punctually.
- Latecomers will receive a ‘Late’ stamp in the diary; habitual delay may invite disciplinary action.
- No student may leave the premises during school hours without written permission from the Headmistress.
- Minimum attendance of 80% is required to appear for examinations.
Uniform & Appearance
- Students must wear neat and complete school uniforms on all working days.
- Coloured dress is not permitted except on notified occasions.
- Hair must be tidy; use of nail polish, mehendi, or lipstick is strictly forbidden.
School Property & Environment
- Any damage to school property must be repaired or paid for by the student responsible.
- Keep classrooms and campus clean and litter-free.
- Electronic gadgets, magazines, or jewellery are not allowed in school.
Academic Integrity
- Students must complete homework and assignments on time.
- Private tuition from school teachers is not permitted without prior approval.
- Use of unfair means in examinations will result in severe disciplinary action.
Prohibited Acts
- Smoking, use of tobacco, or possession of any intoxicant within the campus is strictly prohibited.
- Bullying, use of foul language, or disrespect towards any member of the school community will not be tolerated.
Parental Cooperation
- Parents should regularly check the school diary and follow their child’s progress.
- They must attend Parent-Teacher meetings and support school initiatives.
- Complaints or suggestions must be made in writing to the Headmistress.
Disciplinary Measures
Irregular attendance, habitual negligence, or behaviour detrimental to the spirit of the institution may lead to suspension or dismissal. The management’s decision in such cases shall be final.
